Training and Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Department plays a vital role to impart placement training effectively to the students in the areas of Motivation and Leadership, Communication, Group Discussion, Resume Writing, Interview Skills and
Email Etiquette by eminent trainers.
The department fastens the students from the first year to final year through Leadership and Motivation Programme, Industrial Visits, Expert Talks, Internships, Career Guidance Programme
and Placement Training in coming out a successful Diploma Engineers with better competencies.
The 360-degree training guides the budding engineers to get modulated according to the social standards apart from curriculum through the Programmes such as Motivational, Leadership and Personality Development, Soft Skills,
and Communication Skills in English and Japanese. Since we believe in industry institution interaction through MoU, we are continuously knitting a network to connect industries with us for the career building of our sparkling
stars.
It connects industries with the institution through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It regularly interacts with industries for achieving 100% placement every year by extending facilities to the industries to meet the
current final year students in on-campus recruitment processes at the institution. Since the placement cell regularly interacts with industries, it is more helpful to train the students according to the industry need.
We reciprocate immediately with our students’ database to the organizations who approach us. In turn, we are awaiting their valuable feedback with lists of placed students. We are always ready to extend our fullest support to the organizations who meet us.
